What we ask of you
As a domestic assistant, you play an important role in the lives of our clients. In addition to performing household tasks, you pay close attention to the client's situation and signal in time if extra care is needed. Together with the client, you discuss which tasks they can do themselves and where you offer support, so that they can remain as independent as possible.
- You have experience with domestic help and feel comfortable working with the elderly.
- You see working in complex home care situations as a challenge that you are happy to take on.
- With your excellent communication skills, you can easily make contact and build a good relationship with clients. In addition, you work independently in the district and know your way around an organization that is constantly developing.
