Educational supervisor

Job description

As a pedagogical supervisor, you work with your colleagues on the education, intensive guidance and treatment of young people with complex care needs. You ensure an optimal living and residential climate and actively contribute to the preparation and implementation of residential and treatment programs.


You work in a de-escalating and trauma-sensitive manner in the event of behavioral problems, and you are available for irregular shifts, including early, late and night shifts, as well as weekends.

What we ask of you

- A completed MBO-4 education in (youth) care, such as social work, personal counselor for specific target groups, social community service provider (SMD), social pedagogical assistance (SPH), social work and services (MWD), cultural and social education (CMV), pedagogy, nursing or social psychiatric nursing (SPV).


- Experience, for example through internships, with young people with serious behavioural and psychiatric problems.


- Ability to work independently within the set framework and collaborate effectively with colleagues.


- Availability for at least 24 hours per week, which means at least three shifts per week, including irregular shifts and weekend shifts.
