Job description

As a junior sales employee, you are continuously working on renting out existing and new properties from our database. You are responsible for handling and generating leads with the aim of renting out our properties. In addition to renting out existing and new properties, you play an active role in managing customer relationships and building strong, long-term partnerships.


Your responsibilities include:

  • Actively and proactively handling leads and requests for rental properties.
  • Actively looking for new potential tenants.
  • Negotiating lease agreements and concluding rental transactions.
  • Managing and strengthening customer relationships.
  • Conducting market analysis to identify opportunities in the rental market.
  • Report to the management team on progress and results.
  • Collaborate with the team, playing a key role in knowledge sharing and support.
